Healing with Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis vs. Hypnotherapy
Hypnosis involves inducing a state of consciousness characterized by relaxation and suggestibility. The purpose of hypnosis is to bypass the critical filter of our mind and access the non-reasoning, suggestible subconscious.
The distinction between Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy lies in "THERAPY". The two crucial components of therapy are CATHARSIS and WISDOMS. What does this mean? It means that, under the guidance of a Hypnotherapist, you can revisit undigested emotional events or past traumatic experiences. You will be directed to release trapped negative emotions in your mind and body through techniques such as hypnodramas and breath & somatic works. This process enables you to gain new perspectives and higher wisdom from the non-reasoning part of your inner self by viewing the entire event as an adult of today and a loving witness.
